Housing Start Decline not bad for Atlanta Real Estate

Housing startes took a big dip in February, but that was mostly due to so few new condo developments.  I think that’s good news for the Atlanta housing market since lower supply should help firm up pricing.  Atlanta’s real estate pricing seems tohave stabilized.   Metrostudy has a more in depth article you can read here .
