FHA is Raising Mortgage Insurance Fees

Bad news, the FHA is increasing its annual insurance premium by 25 basis points effective April 18th.  Closings before then won’t be affected.   This will increase the monthly payment on a $250,000 home about $50 per month.  You can read more below FHA Raising Insurance Fees
